Why I Want Gore In '08	I've wanted Gore to be president since he first ran in 1988. Since then, my admiration and respect has only grown. Gore has so much integrity, intelligence, thoughtfulness, vision, leadership ability, eloquence, passion for the issues of importance to me, understanding and respect for the rule of law (unlike our current president...but I digress...) and everything that makes our democracy great, experience, and an open mind. In the 20 years between the 1988 campaign and the 2008 election that will soon be upon us, Gore has only improved and deepened like a fine wine. We now have vintage Gore. This is his time. The country and the world need his leadership more than ever now.
