To raise awareness of the Draft Gore movement, and, working with others, to convince Al Gore to run in 2008. Run Al, Run!


Monthly Meetings

Our monthly meetings will now be held each month, on the second Sunday of the month, from 2 - 4 pm at Pikes Perk, 14 S. Tejon St, Colorado Springs. Metered parking is free on Sundays. I hope this helps with everyone's scheduling.

In case you haven't heard, Al Gore has won the Nobel Peace Prize jointly with the U.N. Panel on Climate Change. New Hampshire's deadline is November 2 for anyone wanting to get on the primary ballot. My personal guess is that if Al Gore is going to run, he will probably announce before the 2nd. Also, there are suddenly polls all over the internet asking about a Gore run, including these posted today:

I ordered, and have, Gore '08 bumper stickers. We can ask a $2 donation for them. This will help to help get the word out, and improve our funds. I'll have them available at the meetings. If anyone knows people who want them, and you want to start collecting now, that's fine. You can also contact me about them.
