I just learned about Al Gore and the Nobel Peace Prize and surfed the web for more info and found this site. I am so glad that you are all here and I immediately signed the petition. I just have one comment about the information here.
You seem to forget that there are a certain number (I have no idea how many...) of overseas voters out there... just because we aren't in the Nation doesn't mean we don't feel totally concerned by our presidency.
And I also wanted to say that I really hope Al Gore does run... I wouldn't know who to vote for if he didn't!

Help me start a Gore Group overseas in ITALY.
How can I?
I'm an American living abroad since 1989.
I was born, raised and educated in Los Angeles, California.
My husband is an attorney and we both are politically involved on a Local, Regional and Statewide level in and around the beautiful, Southern Italian cities of Bari and Lecce, mostly, in the less-discovered but very important Apulia Region - "the heel of the Italian boot"- on the Adriatic Coast.
Our contacts are nation-wide.
Personally, I'm a member of FAWCO- the Federation of Women's Clubs Overseas, a non-profit group, also represented in Washington, D.C. and present in over 70 countries worldwide.
There are many overseas voters who need to be contacted and informed.
We'd like to do something for Al Gore from this part of the world, and not only!
