internet is the best tool - Al Gore needs $400+ million for campaign!!
Hi All-
Seems like this forum is starting out well since it has just begin and is only a baby.
I think all of these ideas listed on this forum are very cool and with good spirit.
Personally I dismissed Al Gore for various reasons but after watching his documentary I was very impressed. I think Al Gore could be president BUT something very different needs to happen. Al Gore needs more than $400 million USD. The campaign needs a marketing vehicle unlike any campaign has ever seen in the history of America.
The potential to use the Internet to raise $400 million USD is very very possible.
Using unique Ajax based community solutions this is possible. The main concept is based on monetization of web traffic. However this takes great commitment that easily rivals running for president. So when considering something like I am suggesting, Al Gore needs to put some incredible thought into the business elements and how to achieve this goal.
The cost of running a campaign and starting up a large Internet Network that could achieve $400 million in revenue would be an income vehicle long after the campaign was over. So obvious legal structure for this would need to be setup.
There are very clever methods of getting users to give up various data, primarily physical mailing address, age/sex, hobbies, likes/dislikes (do you like coffee, or do you like Nike as a brand, etc.)
This data is sold at minimum of $1 USD and often upwards towards $3+
If you spend $2-$5 million on starting up a Internet Social Community "Network" this would have far reaching benefits. China has some sites with 400 million users. MySpace only has 110 million and we think this is big. Imagine having both an income generating vehicle and a advertising/marketing vehicle that would put the Al Gore message front stage.
Maybe I am not explaining this as best as I can here. I am working on a highly confidential project that covers what were talking about. So if someone wants to get into discussion on this we can talk in private. However for the purpose of this public forum we must be vague.
Im also a bit curious if anyone actually running the Al Gore campaign is reading these postings. If all the ideas we come up with involve selling T-shirts then raising $400 million will be a difficult process to say the least. Dont get me wrong all efforts to accomplish the goal are good. But lets get realistic....
Im willing to offer this campign something very valuable. What happens next is up to Al Gore and his managers.
On a personal note about me I have lived in Asia for 4 years running several International companies and the one thing I see most is all the people from different countries talking about how they hate Americans. I want to have some influence in helping our country repair its good name. I have two wishes for the next president. First is to make friends with all the world leaders by eating dinner in their actual family homes. Break bread with Iran president even if we as a country do not agree with their policy's. Second help be a world leader in fixing the Global Warming issues. Doing these two things will really help the good name of USA. www.forestcall.com is my personal site. A bit of a mess but you can learn about me.
Anyway.....looking forward to helping Al Gore campaign raise $400+ million USD. Lets get moving! This is not an easy task!
