Helping Florida Democrats

The 2007 Florida Democratic convention is coming up on Oct 26-28, but with Democratic Presidential candidates all boycotting that convention....it appears to be pretty much of a dud. Tell Al Gore that if he wants to stir the pudding a little and raise the spirits of the grassroots party worker in Florida....then show up at the convention and give Florida Democrats a chance to cheer him on!

The same thing has happened in my home state of michigan. There all the candidates except Hillary Clinton and Dodd have pulled out of the primary. (even hillary has agreed not to campaign here). It is all because michigan and florida moved the primary earlier than what Iowa and New Hampshire would have liked and because of this Iowa and New Hampshire in turn pressured the candidates to punish those states. It's a real mess.
But if Al gore was willing to campaign in these states I think he could win both of them in a instant.
