I've started a beautiful website meant to bring communities together to combat global warming in a different way, by taking care of and healing their immediate and commuity environments. My name is Rebecca Tacosa Gray, founder of a beautiful church, A Church of
Love (meant to bring all religions under one roof), and a small informal organization, Un Univers Des Anges. I have been trying to gather my community in an effort to donate once a year, to help others, and to stop crime. I am the mother of two small children, Zachary Lance Gray, 6 1/2 years old, and Isabel Gray, 3 1/2 years old. I am working towards networking all of California to have a statewide Donation Day, Charity Day, November 3 every year.

I am hoping that you might head a movement to save the environment, community by community, donation by donation (monetary or timewise). I am so proud that you are who you are. I am an American who cried during your concession speech, and I will never forgive the Supreme courts for their dishonor in concerns to the election. I
believe you should have been President, and I’m hoping that you run for President again. I’m wondering whether a nationwide movement, community by community, would make you beloved to our nation and help to forward a new chance for you. The intent, if you look at the enclosed poster, is for every community to take responsibility for their environment. The posters, I believe, could be designed to be unique artwork for every community, and I’m wondering whether a nationwide recognized Honor, might be the answer (Every year in Scotland and England a community is honored for their cleanliness and attention to plant life). I have designed the one poster, (Community by Community, Beauty is Born” for your use, and would love to see you found an organization that handles such a movement. It would be so lovely, and I would be so proud.

I also wish to congratulate you on your Nobel Peace Prize, An Inconvenient Truth. I am so, so proud, you have no idea. My heart jumped for joy...it’s an honor you truly deserve, and you deserve so much more.

COMMUNITY BY COMMUNITY, BEAUTY IS BORN

A Proposal put together by Rebecca Tacosa Gray for Al Gore, fully copyrighted by U.S. Mail.

PURPOSE: To found an organization that supports communities throughout the
United States taking responsibility for beautifying the Environment and stopping global warming community by community, person by person.

GENERAL IDEAS:

Organize Landscape designers in Local Communities to donate time and take responsibility once a year to design and oversee installation of areas throughout their cities. To gather Landcape construction companies to donate once a year time to install said designs. To request local nurseries and business to donate materials, plants and supplies once a year to assist in installation.

To install posters in every community, unique to that community and designed by a local artist using the “Community by Community, Beauty is Born” logo, backed by Al Gore and his Organization.

To have community members, once a year, donate to the local “Community by Community” organization committees to support plants, pots, hanging baskets, and upkeep of their communities cleanliness and beauty. A separate donation box could be considered, given back to the organization, to assist in Global Environmental cleanup.

To establish statewide and nationwide competitions. In states, one community every year wins for their cleanliness and beauty. The winners are then evaluated for a Nationwide Honor, nationally publicized and given by Al Gore. The National Winner would receive a monetary gift with stipulation that it be used for Community beauty, Landscape Design and cleanliness.

To have Al Gore tour at least ten communities in each state every year personally to talk about the environment and meet the members of the community personally. It might be nice to consider a small environmental gift to each community, something lovely, as artwork, murals (environmentally themed and donated by local artists), and viewed by Al Gore on his visits to the
communities.

CONCLUSION:

.I am hoping that this idea will establish pride in our local citizens for their immediate environment, and in the long run, for our Global Environment. This proposal is for Al Gore and Al Gore alone, because of my respect for who he is, who has been and what he means to this country. He is Honor Itself, and makes me proud to be an American.
