THOSE CLOSE TO AL MUST MAKE HIM AWARE DESPITE COMING FROM A POLITICAL FAMILY THAT CLIMBED THRU THE PARTY RANK AND FILE TO THE 2ND HIGHEST OFFICE IN THE LAND, ONLY HE CAN CAN LEAD THIS COUNTRY TO THE ACHIEVMENT OF THE LOFTY GOALS HE IS COMMITTED TOO ! THE REPUBLICANS HAVE FINALLY SHOWN THEY ARE NOT THE PARTY OF THE MIDDLE CLASS. THEY HAVE ONLY REPRESENTED THE SPECIAL INTERESTS OF THE RICH AND COMPANIES THAT PROFIT FROM WARS AND GREED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE MIDDLE CLASS AND THE POOR ! ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ISLE , AS WELL MEANING AS THE CLINTONS AND OBAMA MAY BE, ONLY AL CAN RISE ABOVE PARTY AND LEAD THE WORLD TO A NEW BEGINING ! SO , LET THOSE CLOSE TO OUR "AL" GET HIM READY TO SHOULDER THE BURDEN OF LEADING THE ONE NATION WITH A REMAINING CHANCE OF SAVING THIS PLANET FROM THOSE WHO INHABIT IT !!!!! PLEASE AL, LET'S MOVE IN THAT DIRECTION AND EVEN THOUGH IT IS "INCONVENIENT" THIS IS YOUR TIME AND OUR TRUTH ! THIS, FROM A LIFE LONG REPUBLICAN WHO CHANGED PARTIES AND WANTS TO HELP THIS CAUSE ! I hope Al Gore reads you blog. The long road ahead has to be traveled together. Mr. Gore if you read this than listen to our cries..... PLEASE run for President. If you dont make it so what.. 3 times a charm. I love the fact that in 4 years we can do this again. Please Mr. Gore, we need someone all parties can trust. Follow your heart. It's not a race It's a journey. I want to thank Al Gore for running last time!

As much as we would love to see Al Gore lead the Dem ticket to the White House, Mr. Gore has chosen to stay on the side lines where he feels he can do more good that in the eye of the storm known as American presidential politics. Perhaps he is correct.
After the treatment he received last time around, who can blame him.
I take issue with your assertion that Al is the "only" person who can "RISE ABOVE PARTY AND LEAD THE WORLD TO A NEW BEGINNING". If that truly is the case then we are in deeper do do than even I feared.
Take heart and try to work with the rest of us, including Al, for a better future for us all.
There is no "one" person who can deal with this situation. It is going to take all of us working together to turn it around.
