To Mr. Branson and Al Gore,
You are offering $25 Million dollar price to reduce the global warming, all I need is $5 Million dollars to achieve a new free energy powered by compressed air to run cars, boats, electric generators, and power plants with zero cost and zero pollution by a pure air!
We've register this new revolution technology that will reduce the global warming by 30% within the next five years!
We've tested this new technology on a motor bike and a four cylinder engine and it works more than what we've been expected!
We are talking about replacing just a few parts on a existing fuel engine to run on compressed air within 3 hours work with a $3000 overall cost and run a car with no need to refuel air once every 5 years!
We can approve that our technology is working for 100% we need help in funds to make this technology works on every car and every, bike, boat, and even airplanes!
Imagine that if we get the help and funds available we will solve the global warming within a very short time!
All we need is someone to get this feedback to Mr. Branson or Al Gore to give us a chance to turn this dream come true!

Some things to think on. You say you can reduce Co2 by 30% in 5 years. News flash it would take 200,000 units (AUTO) to even make a dent in Co2 in the U.S.. At $3000 per conversion that is $600 Million! (FACT) The Gore / Branson offer is to reduce WORLD Co2 not just the U.S.. You say you can do it for $5 million, I would like to see your Marketing and Business plan to see how you are able to pull off the impossable. Remember you have to invest up front and in 4 or 5 years if your plan works you might get the money. You can get a grant from the government, if you share the information, but remember if you don't have the resources or capacity they can take your idea. (WW II Jeep) Banks want unreasonable terms so they can take your idea. IPO's are a good source of funds but the oil companies can buy it up and shelve the idea and you will never see a dime. HEPPI systems are just as expensive if not more, but they have a 20 to 25 year life span, show me a new car that can do that!!! I have a finished Marketing plan and I am still trying to perfect the Business plan. So when you get that far protect it!!! AND GOOD LUCK.

I don't know what the HEPPI system is, so I can't comment on that, but the compressed air conversion is most certainly a scam. Just need funding, eh? I'd suggest you also need a waiver from the laws of physics. You couldn't compress enough air --or keep the pressure high enough for long-- to move a car 10 feet using a conventional engine, "converted" or not. Air4zero needs to stop spamming this site or the admins need to ban him/her/them.
Don't know what a HEPPI system is
The only thing I think you do know is how to put your foot in your mouth! First, HEPPI is an acronym (Hybrid Electric Portable Power Initiator) they have been around for about 20 years but I coined the term six years ago. Second, you don't know about Tata Motors Limited! Third, you don't know that the GOP and the Democrats are all full of S#*%. (When you spend over $250 million to get a job that pays less then a $1 million your not working for the right people.) So do some research before you try to infringe on anyone's freedom of speech!!!

LOL, that's what google comes up with if you search for "HEPPI System". They may have been around for 20 years but they haven't made the first page of google results. If you search for "Hybrid Electric Portable Power Initiator" google points you back to THIS BLOG! So who's putting foot in mouth here. So much for doing my research before "infringing" on the freedom of SPAM.
Further, yes I know about Tata Motors, the India-based car company. About Tata and the Air Car, I must say Guy Negre made a lot of noise about the Tata deal while Tata had nothing at all to say about it on their website or elsewhere. Makes you wonder if Tata even knew about this alleged "deal." But I do see a quote attributed to Tata saying the Air Car won't be ready for production -- I'm assuming they mean for the India market, which is far different from the US market -- for at least 2 years. Not much promise for a US-style car in the future.
And that is with Negre's design, which is ostensibly quite different from a modified conventional internal-combustion engine.
Some things I am merely sceptical about. Some things are pretty obviously patently absurd. If I'm proven wrong, I'll admit it. But meanwhile you and air4zero seem to be the ones "full of s#*%." But at least air4zero has a concept, as absurd as it is. All you seem to have is an (arguably) snappy acronym.
Call it what you want
The DOD refers to it as "INVENT" Integrated Vehicle and Energy Technology Subsystem. They are offering up to $10 million in grant money to produce a prototype. So does HEPPI exist or not? I put the info out to get a response. You and air4zero were the only ones who even care enough to discuss it. What does that say for the political powers that be. Get the people fussing and they won't see whats really going on. Am I right, or am I wrong? Who knows! Seems that only three of us CARE to try.
Go for the grant
I'd like to see something come of this. I am sceptical of the air car -- even more of air4zero who claims to be able to run a conventional engine on air. The laws of physics challenge the claims of Negre and his air car, but at least he is claiming to have an engine designed for the purpose. Air4zero seems to be claiming to be able to replace the explosive power of gasoline with compressed air and that is ludicrous.
My brother once had a toy car that ran on compressed air, and the motor was quite interesting. Even though the car was light as a feather, the compressed air only powered it for a short distance, after which it was all coasting. It would be great if Negre has found some really neat trick to make this scaleable to a point where enough air can be carried around and a high enough pressure can be maintained to make the car practical.
Sorry, but I am a doubter.
There aren't too many people left here, with Gore not running and all. I doubt Gore is reading this site these days, so I think any attempt to promote air cars or happy systems here is wasted effort. You'd probably get more response elsewhere. But hey, if you'd at least tell me what your happy system is and what it does I might be willing to discuss it further.
Study and search more
If you can't find it, maybe I should file a patent. Thanks. At least you checked. Maybe you should run for prez. Oh, that's right no freedom of speech under your admin. Sorry. You must be a true Democrat.

Yes indeed, if it is for real you should file a patent. I was expecting you to point me to some information, but you are still stuck on smart remarks and no substance. If you want to excercise your freedom of speech, go for it. I am still waiting to hear something substantive about what the f HEPPI is or why we should care.
BTW I never intended to limit freedom of speech, just the perceived "freedom" to spam this site -- which air4zero is doing, not you, so far.
I would like to, BUT!
I am just like you. Mad at the way things are being done. But a patent will not protect my rights, look at air4zero, the patenet he talks about is detailed, hie English is bad. I don't believe its his patent.
A Grant. Look at Jeep, an idea that came from a small company, stolen by the government because they didn't have the capacity or the funds to mass produce. I am just a sandwich (used to be a HERO, now a POORBOY) LOL. Do you think sharing an idea with the government will really get me some where? (Tesla, Hughes, Indians, Seniors have all gotten SCREWED trusting the Government to play fair)
I am an AMERICAN CAPITALIST PIG, show me the money! (consulting fee, not negotiable!) You will have the rights for a little while, you must sell X # of units per year, increase sales by 10% each year, or I will lease it to someone who will, and I get 10% of gross not net!
Now if the government will do that I will be glad to just let them run the show, and keep my mouth shut, and when I HIT THE LOTTERY I'll do it myself!!!

I understand your concerns about the government. The first step towards a government that is fair, decent and honest is to elect Democrats this fall.
We also need Dems in office because it is our only hope to get serious about considering energy alternatives and conservation. Germany is exposed to far less sunlight energy than the US but has embarked on a very ambitious project to get solar onto every rooftop. They realize that what they get is enough. The United States has been called the "Saudi Arabia of Wind" but Denmark is leading the world in using wind -- wind supplies over 18% of their energy already. Denmark is embarking on an electric car program: the cars will charge at night, and if you don't have to drive that day you can choose to sell the electricity back during the day. A profit incentive to conserve -- buy at 2 cents/kw and sell back at 5 cents -- what could be better?
Meanwhile air4zero is a scam, and probably Negre's CAT cars are, too. GOD, I wish you were one of the students I tutor, I would have the easiest job in the world.
All Renewable combined is less then 2% of all electric produced here. (no market saturation)
Key is more efficient use. (steam production is portable? And can be safe, SAAB 1974, wrong use)
Legislation where I live is net metering, go figure, no incentive, and we have lots of oil, gas, and wind. (but polititions don't count)
The way to get what the public wants and needs! (COMPETITON) legislation that says no vehicles can be sold here unless it gets 50 mpg, (no EST.) provides the same safety, meets the same emitions standard. (EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS FOR 2 YEARS) Beat that by guaranteed 3 mpg that removes exclusive rights! (I believe it would take 6 months)
The auto industry is on the ropes now, make them come out fighting or let Japan take them over. (its going to happen anyway I am afraid)
We have all thought about it, we just never put it all together. (I know, its no really free energy :( it will cost, but pay now, or pay now and later)
